“Coastal Walk 7” is currently on show at Charlotte House Hotel in Lincoln. If you have seen the painting there and would like to purchase it, please use my online shop to make your payment here by clicking “add to cart” and following the checkout steps. As soon as I have received your payment, I will send you confirmation via email which you can show to the reception staff at the hotel as proof of purchase. They will then assist you in removing it from the exhibition and you can take it with you.

If you are not a guest of the hotel but would still like to purchase it, you may still buy it here via my shop, and I will post it to you.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

I provide FREE UK shipping on all orders.

If you are overseas and wish to purchase a large painting, please get in touch first as shipping costs may need to be added.

I will dispatch your painting(s) within 7 working days.

I ship worldwide and use either Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce tracked. Orders within the UK are normally delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other parts of the world will take a little longer.

For prints please allow 10 working days from point of order to delivery.

I will be happy to keep you up to date on the progress of your order by sending you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.

RETURNS

I hope you will love the piece of art that you have chosen. If, however, you do change your mind, please email me at joy@joygosney.co.uk within 14 days to discuss arrangements to return the art to me in its original state (with original frame if it was bought framed) for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning artwork via a reputable, tracked delivery method.

I am sorry that I cannot accept returns of prints or returns of any original art from outside the UK at this time.

I pack artwork very carefully to avoid any mishaps in transit. However, if your painting or print arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging AND damage to the art itself and email me within 7 days.

A note about colour…

Please be aware that although I have taken great care to present my artwork in a way that accurately shows the colours, viewing on different screens and devices, there may be a slight difference in the actual artwork and the online photograph. No digital reproduction can quite capture the pigments in a painting, especially neon pink and orange, which I sometimes use in my work.
